time for PCT. a few questions though
just finished my first cycle of test-e at 500mg for 12 weeks. In a few days, I will start my pct (14 days after last injection) of nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50. I will be following advice from Marcus' sticky on keeping gains.
1. when is the best time to take pct? morning? night? w/ food? pre workout? does it even matter?
2. Will I still be able to get boners and perform when I need to? Is there any way to counteract this if its a problem?
3. should I keep my diet exactly the same as on cycle?
4. Should I decrease my training frequency right when pct starts or should I wait a week or two into it?

throw an AI into that PCT and you will be straight, unless u ran one on your cycle. u def dont want any rebound effect and you need to bring those heightened estrogen levels back down. like i said, ONLY if you didnt run an AI on cycle
take PCT at night to avoid blurred vision/headaches from clomid
as for libido and erections go everyone is diff there
workouts and diet, gota say the same, u know your body best so there is no definite answer there

hard to tell on libido, im a big sust fan and neva had probs coming off it, tried test e once and took 3 months to feel normal again, all with correct pct's. i will say tht the test e cycle was the only i havent used hcg on, so tht cud be a factor

I didnt use HCG or any AI's during the cycle
so I should actually increase calories? Wouldnt that promote fat gain? and how much should i increase by if i was following a 3500 calorie diet?

Keep the same diet and add in more healthy fats. If you get to fat do more kardio. Its important to eat well in pct.
