Doesnt really matter. I take them 2-3 hours proir to going to bed.

This is individual. Some can, others cant. I have never had a problem with getting an erection, but it has been more difficult to sustain it for longer peroids. Viagra and Cialis will help with ED.
Be sure to use HCG during your cycle at 250ius 2x week.
Recovering from 19-Nor's may also prove more problematic.
3. should I keep my diet exactly the same as on cycle?
Increase calories IMHO. Do not train beyond failure. VitC 1-3g PWO.
4. Should I decrease my training frequency right when pct starts or should I wait a week or two into it?
I lower the volume slightly, but keep intensity up. Not training beyond failure, but to failure.
