Why is the recommendation to run a simple first cycle so prevalent? I am not disagreeing with it so don't get all crazy with the cheese wiz. I am just curious as to why complex stacks are not recommended.
Thanks in advance.

complex stacks are not recomended as it could put alot of stress on the body.
So its best to stick to one compound on 1st cycle just to see how your body reacts.
One of the reasons are if you introduce more then 1 compound at once on your first cycle and get bad sides you will have a hard time finding out which compound is causing it.
Wow, that makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the great answer.
Will do and I gave you rep, I don't really know how that works but again thanks
If you stack few gears on your 2nd or 3rd cycle and get sides, how do you know which on is causing it?
Im just asking to know more not to debate. Thanks
I was told one of the reasons are that first cycle is always a sample cycle to check body's general tolerance against steroid. Thats is why short esters are recommended to stop cycle quickly if there are complications.
This is true yes but Its recommended you add 1 compound at a time. So say you run Test E first cycle and get no sides... 2nd cycle you add in dbol only or deca only and if you experience sides then you know that either the dbol or deca caused you side affects simple as that.
also you can kill your liver or get your chol. all out of wack, you need to gauge your future cycles off your reactions to the current ones. imho
