im 24, 5'10", 160LBS and ive been training for a little over 10 years. i take in 30g of sustained release (syntha6) protein, 6x a day spread out throughout my day, ontop of my normal diet, consisting of and not changing:
every morning-3 eggs with peanut butter and oatmeal, which is when i also take all my vitamins and minerals listed previously.
lunch EVERDAY: fried or baked chicken breast with potatoes and rice.
dinner: pork loins with rice or chicken breast with beans, followed by 50g protein and ZMA right before bed. i dont know my exact %body fat, i will tomorrow when i go to the gym and will post tomorrow. I have been on this diet, with intense training, for YEARS and cannot gain weight whatsoever because my metabolism is so ungodly high im assuming. The sustanon cycle is the only time ive ever gained noticeable weight in my life. THATS why i want to try something else, im dead set on the anabolics, i just want to do them right and safe.
