second cycle
Im about a week into my second cycle, my first consisted of just sustanon 250 for 12 weeks straight, quite a few years ago, with average gains. Too many side effects from the sus. Now i have a few other things to play with. I have been using anadrol 100mg ED, test E 250 2x/week, deca300 2x/week, and tren acetate 100 EOD. Any tips or suggestions? Is this a decent cycle? Is there anything i need to cut out of it and is this a good mix. arom xl's, fish oil, milk thistle, and tons of vitamin C are my only other intakes. I just dont know if the tren and deca are useful together? Is it safe or benefitial to take in more test or tren or any of it for that matter? Sorry, just got alot of questions. I just want to do it right and get some good gains on this mass cycle. Any input would be MUCH appreciated.

Don't you think you should have asked these questions before you started the cycle? If anyone is going to be able to advise you properly you need to post your stats.

i did ask these questions before starting and the person i got them from said it was fine. But ive also had people SINCE tell me that mixing tren and deca is a waste. Im just trying to get some clarity here dude. Different opinions from different people. Im just looking for advice. Right now i weigh right at 160lbs and am 5'10" with incredibly low body fat. Dont know if that helps any?

I wouldnt mix two much m8 id do tren with test folled by pct and se how u go m8 dont just throw loads of differant mixes in ur body as u will see a prob i reckon bud keep it simple!

2nd cycle? I would drop half of those compounds. Your going to see an great increase in side affects and will have no idea which compound is causing it. Tren is also an intermediate compound and should not be used in a 2nd cycle. I would suggest only running anadrol and test. IF you feel you had bad joint pain on your last cycle then maybe you can stick with the deca to help as well. Its all up to you tho so make a wise decision.

I'm 5'8 and weighed more than you in 7th grade. You don't need to run four compounds for your first cycle in a couple years and only youe second over all. You need to work on your diet. At the very least....drop the tren .

im 24, 5'10", 160LBS and ive been training for a little over 10 years. i take in 30g of sustained release (syntha6) protein, 6x a day spread out throughout my day, ontop of my normal diet, consisting of and not changing:
every morning-3 eggs with peanut butter and oatmeal, which is when i also take all my vitamins and minerals listed previously.
lunch EVERDAY: fried or baked chicken breast with potatoes and rice.
dinner: pork loins with rice or chicken breast with beans, followed by 50g protein and ZMA right before bed. i dont know my exact %body fat, i will tomorrow when i go to the gym and will post tomorrow. I have been on this diet, with intense training, for YEARS and cannot gain weight whatsoever because my metabolism is so ungodly high im assuming. The sustanon cycle is the only time ive ever gained noticeable weight in my life. THATS why i want to try something else, im dead set on the anabolics, i just want to do them right and safe. 1st and foremost your diet in no where near up to par. shakes are only good postworkout. otherwise your body digests them too quick. this is why it is better to eat real food, meals
for example, a good portioned meal every 2 hours! that could be anywhere from 6-8 meals a day, and you re no where near that. the amount of calories you intake depend on a few things. everyones body and goals are diff therefore diff diets. but there is a common denominator when it comes to desired results
you wanna bulk, high carbs high protein, carbs usually higher than protein
anyway, number one right now is that it would be best for u to head over to the diet thread and search around. there is a lot of great info in there and u can see proper ways to eat in order to bulk
you could put on 20-40 lbs (depending on your goals) easily with diet alone
after that, then u can consider AAS

OK now double every thing you just said and you will be on the right track as far as food is concerned.
People ALWAYS come here and say I cant gain weight.... They need to learn how/what to eat...
Try 4 egg white and 2 eggs for breakfast with oatmeal and some toast for starters. Eat at least 6 meals a day. I have an open container of peanut butter I snack on all day at my desk at work along with a large bag of vegies, grapes, 2-3 chicken breast, yogurt, and other food. This is just while Im at work.....This is not counting eating at home or any protein drinks I consume. and thats why i came here. Thank all of you for the advice, im going to try the diet plan they had listed on here and see how that does for me. Hopefully something will come out of it. So should i still stick with anabolics as well ALONG with this? I know i got told to drop pretty much everything ive been doing so where would be a good place to start, if so? Ive got a very wide variety at hand so if i can utilize it, i would love to.

oh, and my body weight goal is to get to 205 over the next year. I think thats pretty reasonable considering im at 160 right now and havent been dieting correctly at all.

Drop everything, stick with diet. You should get to 200 lbs naturally before you turn to any AAS

Way too many different compounds man. You should of done a bit more research before starting...just stick with 500mg - 600mg test...u'll still get good results. If you must use something with it use the Tren A with it but more like 50-75mg EOD.
Least this way you will know what is causing what sides and if they become intolerable u can drop that compound.
The more you use now, the less effective they will be come next cycle (to an extent), only increase your doses when you really have to.
I hope you have a good PCT lined up.

any good suggestions for a pct on the last post? I have nolvadex , clomid and letrizole to at hand to choose from
