    Cycle Help

    New to the site but need some advice.
    I want to get on something but don't know what to take trying to bulk up but with lean muscle.
    Can anyone help me with this?
    Been working out for about three months now just with a good diet.

    My stats
    age 19
    5'8"
    154
    Dont know body fat

    And i seen that my age might be a problem just want to know if i can do anything.

    At 19 nothing you should do but perfect your diet and training...

    My diet is nothing special

    I drink 3 proteins and eat 3 meals a day

    8:00 am protein
    10:00 am meal
    1:00 pm protein
    3:00 pm meal
    6:00 pm protein
    8:00 pm meal
    Might eat a extra meal if im up later

    The meals is just 2 or 3 hamburger 93/7 meat and i drink nothing but water

    So is there anything i can do or just stick to working out without anything. If so any pointers on how to can lean weight like a better diet?

    My work out is 8 days on 1 day off. Is that ok?

    Day 1-Arms
    Day 2-Chest
    Day 3-Back
    Day 4-Legs
    Day 5-Arms
    Day 6-Chest
    Day 7-Back
    Day 8-Legs
    Off Day

    Is that a bad workout ? And my proteins are 40g and
    my hamburgers are 22g protein

    Forgot to add cardio in there.

    I do 30 minutes (2 miles) a day with my heart rate at 130-140 to burn stored fat.
    Friend told me that is that true?

    Chicken? Turkey? Fish? are all the proteins in there just shakes?

    also, 8 days is to many days with no break, yes I run 5 on 2 off.

    horrible diet, I advise that you fix that first

    I eat chicken every once in awhile but mostly hamburger meat.

    All the proteins are whey protein.

    more whole foods and lean meats, also you sound severly under carb'd through the day

    head to the diet section and read the applicable threads at the top.

    ok well i eat lean meats already and i was thinking about adding pasta to it. is that a good carb source?

    How many time should i eat a day?

    He's right its easier if you just go read the diet section, and no you need mostly slow digesting carbs other than post workout. Read up
