    need PCT information

    okay im on my 4th week of a 12 week cycle of
    1-4 dbol 50mg/day
    250 mg test-en/bi-w

    Now i want to know what PCT should i do?

    i was thinking clomid and nolvadex with 100-50-50-50 dosages.

    My stats are:


    Age: 19
    height: 5 " 10.5
    weight: 180 lbs
    bf: 13 %

    Shouldnt be using AAS in the first place id recommend ceasing use and starting pct immediately. A common pct is clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20.

    Agreed ^^^^ way to young to be using steroids , you risk doing some serious damage to your system
