    Fat 27yr on script Cyp

    I guess I will start this off with that I went to my Doc and wanted to check my test levels due to always being tired. My blood work came back and I have a test level at 220. She advised that alittle bit of test could help me.... I have seen people in high school and college take the stuff with good results, but was always too afraid of getting fake or harmful stuff. I worked out 3 days a week in high school and college, but with work being a 6 day a week job I was more focused on that. Since getting the test I have been working out 3-4 days a week and eating a little better (trying to stay away from fast food). Now on to me...

    I'm 6'3 weighing in at 240. I am 28 yrs old. I have what I would consider a lot of fat (when I wear a tight shirt my stomach looks too bad to wear in public). I am taking 200mg test cyp 1 cc a week for 8 weeks now. I see a difference that is for sure.... I am doing about 40 min of cardio 2 days a week to get some of this fat off. As far as supplements go... I am drinking whey once a day since I started noticing some gain... thats about it...

    If anyone can please advise me on anything.. I mean anything that may help me as I have a script for the seeable future it would be greatly appreciated!!

    my diet consists of oatmeal, fruit and whey in the morning. afternoon i stick with a sandwich... and at night I try to stay away from carbs with chickan, tuna or steak.

    I didn't really know what my goal was going to be starting out... but as I start seeing some results... I would like to pack on lean muscle.. as I definetly do not want to rock this keg i currently support above my belt

    to start with, I would up that cardio significantly.

    stay with it, my man. you didn't put the weight on over night, it won't come off over night. get that diet/cardio straight and you'll see results soon enough.

    Many people take cyp on a 200mg a week regime for life dont they? My doc didn't say anything regarding a stop in refills. As far as taking 200mg a week for a long period of time is there something I should be taking... my girlfriend get HCG for diet.... is this something I should be stealing...

    Hey Bro, Clean up the diet, and crank that cardio WAAAY UP.

    Sounds like you're eating a typical 3 meal diet, which is unacceptable!
    THere is a lot of different schools on cardio, I'm doing low intensity and long bouts (1hr 7x/week, I will eventually go up to 2hrs/day 7x/week) which doesn't risk burning through LBM too much, as long as diet is on.

    i was the same man...then I found my endocrinologist and all these guys here. It make a world of difference. I was wearing XXXL shirt just to hide my bally now I cant keep my pants on (more then one reason...lol). Listen to these guys....start eating every 3 hours (post ur diet in diet section) and up the cardio to an hour and u will see the difference in 4 months,.
