I guess I will start this off with that I went to my Doc and wanted to check my test levels due to always being tired. My blood work came back and I have a test level at 220. I'm 6'3 weighing in at 240. I am 28 yrs old. I have what I would consider a lot of fat (when I wear a tight shirt my stomach looks too bad to wear in public). I am taking 200mg test cyp 1 cc a week for 8 weeks now. I see a difference that is for sure.... I am doing about 40 min of cardio 2 days a week to get some of this fat off. As far as supplements go... I am drinking whey once a day since I started noticing some gain... thats about it...
If anyone can please advise me on anything.. I mean anything that may help me as I have a script for the seeable future it would be greatly appreciated!!
