What type of roids can increase stamina, if any?
I've heard it before that steroids can increase you're stamina because it increases the blood flow to you're muscles. Anyway, that's the only place that I've seen it mentioned so can anybody confirm this?

Generally, in layman's terms, you are drastically improving performance due to elevated hormone levels. So how you benefit from all the synthetic hormone depends on what kind of training you are doing. If you are solely trying to get "freaky big", then I doubt your stamina will be all that great (though there are obviously exceptions). If you are a track athlete or fighter, then you could significantly improve your stamina while on. It just depends.

HGH I think is documented to increas sub-max stamina performance (not a roid tough, just meantioning). As mentioned a rise in RBC will also increase your bodys capasity to move O2, tough this enhancement is countered by an eventual weight gain, especialy waterweight should be avoided.
