Question regarding drug tests

A simple question:

My company performs random drug tests on its employees. It's my understanding that they are standard tests which screen for marujuanna, cocaine, ect.

My question is, is there any possibility that AAS will show up on that sort of drug test?

I assume that testing for steroid use would be different than testing for drug use. Is that correct?

It's my understanding that testing for just testosterone is pretty simple, while scanning for metabolites is very costy.
