i think you can safely exercise a muscle group twice when the gear is really kicking in .
but dont overdo it.
"Don't over do it" Im assuming you are advising me to go with the once heavy and once light opposed to doing 2 sessions of heavy lifting a week?
dude if your training properly and heavy enough once a week is enough !!!!! there is no way in the world i could train chest twice in a week sometimes my chest is still sore the day b4 i train it again ..... id say check your routine out , better yet post it here 4 me and ill look at it
My friend trains me so i'll have to get the work out from him. In reference to what you just said... I did legs 5 days ago natty and can just now walk normal. haha but I find when I am on I recover MUCH faster.
2 times a week is fine. it's good to mix things up
dont do it when you are off , i said do it while you are on .
dont over do it means for example do two training sessions moderately heavy 3 exercises per session . i actually believe you will get good results if you do it this way on cycle.

When on cycle I train each body part 4 times every 3 weeks. I was doing a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine but that was killing me. Sessions were too long and exhausting! Just tweaked it a bit and training a full 5 days on/2 off now, still training each body part 4 times every 3 weeks, hopefully this will prove more beneficial. Thing is though mate you have to listen to your body. If you are recovering well then I see no harm in training the way I stated, but if your recovery isnt happening then rest. Good luck
you have to remember you dont grow in the gym !!!! this is just a means to an end g u pick up a weight u curl it done you now eat to give nutrients , you then rest to grow and reach homeostasis ......
you grow by appropriate diet and when you sleep !!!!!!!!!!!

weights... check
