Ready to cycle, need to sort out the details.
Needs
PCT and other information/advice, including dosing, for Test E. cycle.
Stats
23 year old male. 197 lbs. 12% bf.
Goals
To continue cutting, developing incredible definition and exponentially increasing lean gains.
Training
Note: I switch it up every week, but below is the bread and butter of my workouts. Always 1 day between bis/back, tris/chest for maximum recovery time. Always hit each group hard, until failure.
Sunday: Arms/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Monday: Shoulders/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday:Back/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Thursday: Chest/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Fri/Sat. Off. due to excessive work hours
Intended Cycle diet
8:45, Meal 1:

10 egg whites, 1/2 cup grits, multivitamin/bcaas/fish oil
11:00 AM, Meal 2:

1/2 cup steel cut oats w/ splenda, can of tuna w/ tsp. EVOO/lemon juice. 1 cup steamed spinach.
<Workout>
<PWO low intensity cardio (usually walking on full incline) - 60 minutes>
2:30 PM, Meal 3:

5:00 PM, on my way to work, Meal 4:

2 scoops whey shake

6 oz. grilled chicken breast. 1 oz. Almonds. 1 cup steamed spinach.

2 scoop casein shake.

1st thing im gonna tell u as will a few others is you re too young, should wait a few more years
diet needs help. u need more real food and less shakes. protein from lean meat is much more beneficial than shakes. carbs should be higher, even depending on your goal
what are your goals?
trying posting an example cycle and pct and then we can critique it

I should have been more specific. Based on my physique, I am ready. However, I am all but completely oblivious as to the dosing aspect.

well given that, u can benefit yourself greatly by sticking around here and doing some research. read a lot of the stickies and info on beginner cycles
im sure thats not exactly the answer u came here for but its really the best/healthiest one i can give. its best to be overly educated on the matter (AAS) than not knowing enough and going into them semi blindly
if u have any Qs at anytime dont hesitate to post em up

Read the stickies on the top, look at a test only cycle, its what any beginner should start with once they are ready.

weeks 1-12 500mgs test e per week (250mgs every 3.5 days) useing a 23g ,1.1/4 in neddle ,either glutes or delts ,rotateing every injection.
14 days after last injection start pct
nolvadex
weeks 1- 40 mgs every day
weeks 2- 20mgs every day
weeks 3- 20mgs every day
weeks 4- 20mgs every day
.................................................. ............
clomid
weks 1- 100mgs evry day
weeks 2- 50mgs every day
weeks 3- 50mgs evry day
weeks 4- 25mgs every day
if you start to get sore /itchy nipples on cycle start useing nolvadex at 20mgs every day untill the soreness/itcyness has settled down then use 10mg right up to pct.
keep diet clean and train and rest good and you will have very nice gains indeed.

Alright guys, first of all, thanks so much for the prompt replies. I would like to go with an 8 week cycle only, and would like to start at a low dose, given my age. Does that PCT look good to everyone? It's similar to everything I've read so far for a test only clycle. Would the same dosage apply to an 8-week cycle? Could I go lower or would I risk cheating myself on gains? Also, would I be better off upping my cals by adding PWO/cardio carbs? I know it's good to leave glycogen depleted after cardio but I'm thinking that while Cycling I'd really benefit from PWO oats/sweet pot.
I am 6'1" btw to one of the above poters.

8 weeks is to short ,remeber test enanthate is a long ester and most people start seeing gains around weeks 4-5 ,if you were to use a short ester (test prop) then 8 weks would be fine but this mean injecting every day ,12 weeks is the best for long esters bud .
