ok guys........i am gonna run a 10 week cycle of sust at 250 a week.....i am 6'0 and 170lbs.............pretty lean body frame.......with proper caloric intake and protein levels what kind of gains should i be looking at from this cycle......i really dont wanna go more than 250 a week.......do you guys think this is gonna give me much of anything......i also have deca which i was gonna run at 300mgs a week also.......but have been having second thoughts about now...maybe saving it for later........i dont know it would happen to me since i am already kinda of smaller body frame...but i have been reading a lot about the deca putting on a lot of fat...and then having to do another cycle to cut.......so basically will the sust at only 250 a week do much for me?
