    Red face DECA - TEST cycle help.

    Alright, me and a mate are thinking about trying this. We are both 21, im about 92kg, hes about 98. classified as gym junkies in our town so i think our training and diets are up too standards. Eat like demons, protein, pre workouts, etc.

    never used before so bare with me. we wanna try deca and test ova 10 weeks or so. is just deca and test ok ? or should dbol or sust be in there aswell and i know we need some sort of estrogen blocker or would we be right not to use one for this one cycle ?. thinking 500mg of deca and test per week ? or 1g of both ? or even less ?. if any of that made sense and if anyone has any info on the cycle and dosage we should be doing can u let me know ??? cheers.

    How tall are you guys? Do you know your bodyfat %? And last what have you got planned for PCT?

    Your too young, do some research also. You should be able to read for months on info and never read the same thing twice.

    not to be an ass hole mate but there is no way tha your 5% and not sure about it ,i mean 5% is tip top condition and 10% is very lean ,ok as for the steroids ,forget about the deca you dont need it for 1st cycle ,a simple testosarone enanthate cycle for 12 weeks at 500mgs per week will be a great starting point ,now when you come of your cycle you need to start a thing called pct (post cycle theropy) this is very important as it gets your natural test levals back upto normal ,key in holding your gains ,also anti estorgons can be used on cycle for gyno (bitch tits) ,you need to get reading about pct mate and how and what to use for it ,nolvadex and clomid are the most common pct meds that are used.

    if you have never cycled before TEST only is what you wanna do....
    you dont know how your body is going to react so throwing extra compounds in might make things complicated,i.e sides etc...
    p.s your to young to cycle IMHO.....

    Post up a diet, and ill let u know if u guys are ready. Its that simple!

    Im betting id give u better results with a good diet, than your Deca /Test cycle u plan on taking.

    you can tell the diff between 5% and 10& buddy. post a pic we can help you with that. test only first cycle. deca 50 is a waste of money anyways.

    ok.... to give you an idea.....

    10% abs show nicely

    12% Upper abs show

    15% abs are covered

    that's why we're saying a 10% difference is huge. 5% is shreded to almost no fat at all and 10% is lean but not shredded by anymeans.....
