Newbie needs advice
I'm a noob, 29 years old, small (thin) frame, but very good (built) lower body from cycling, soccer and being in the army 8 years. Also I have 5-7lbs of unwanted BF in the abdomen. I come in at a whooping 155! 5'8ft
My deal is I have NEVER had a chest, I can do 200 push-ups non stop, I can do 30 chin-ups and 20 pull ups back to back but I have THIN arms and NO chest, but good shoulders and neck, strong ripped back, and abs in there somewhere.
I have a provider here in the excellent shops in Egypt I have access to Sustanon "250" 1ml (50mg) viles, oily solution and Deca (same amount and solution).
I need to know how to use these 2 above (the doc told me 200mg a week, both products x10 weeks) and what other stuff I need to consider. Like timing of injections, any other things I need to take (anti estrogen???), coming off the stuff, how much mass will I lose (%) and all. I need to know how to get off the cycle without screwing everything up and getting it out of my system too.
My friend that knows about body building very well (but not roids) told me to hit up the juice first, get big, then work on getting ripped/cut AFTER the cycle and to start my usual cardio of running, cycling etc. Thing is I'm laughable at best with this great lower body, but a beer gut and no chest. Also I have HUGE abs, from the million or so sittups I have done in the past, if I lose that BF then I will be cut there naturally without any hard work. I want to get started immediately as I have a PMC job coming up in January-February and need to have my upper body up to speed with the rest of me, plus be in very good physical shape.
I'm an american living in Egypt, some of the product you guys use I just wont find here (like weight gainer etc.) But meds YES... I'm looking at just building my arms, and chest at least 5-10lbs (or is that ridiculously too much???) of permanent mass, but maintain my athletic build, just become well rounded. Traditional working out DOES NOTHING, my body is built different, I just get stronger and stronger, not bigger EVER.
If anybody could give me some advice on how to do this right, and how to work out these target areas, would be great!
Thanks in advance guys!

This is not how you build a strong chest.
You cause hypertrophy by lifting heavy, in a rep range of usually 4-8 and anywhere from 3 to 5 sets. So we are talking about Bench Press, Dumbbell Press, Flies, Incline Bench, Incline Flies, Cable Press, etc
The other important ingredient is diet, post up your diet, and we'll see how we can help.
Fix these first before considering AAS.

Re:
I have a massively strong chest for my size (I can do 175 12 reps, thats good for a skinny guy), yes from all of the same exercises you have mentioned. My problem is BULK MUSCLE, I dont have it, my body is disproportionate, I have the legs, ass whatever i need donw there, I just dont have the upperbody BULK. Now what did you mean this is not the way to build a strong chest? I mentioned nothing about actually doing anything, except my ability to do them, excuse me if I confused someone...
I eat 6 times a day
Morning Monday-Friday, Muslix and yogurt
Saturday sunday, 3 eggs, 2 sausages
Morning Snack (11am) Coffee and some fruit or a pastry
Lunch:Monday to Friday almost always a grilled chicken salad, Italian dressing
Sat-Sun: Mix Bag of JUNK
Mid day Snack: Coffee and Sunflower seeds or Tuna sandwiches
Dinner (8pm)
Always grilled/ rosted or baked, no FRYING!
SO When I eat right its something like this
chicken breast or Turkey breast, with pasta, simple red sauce
Tuna steak and rice and salad
Grilled steak and potatoes
JUNK 2x a week easy
I know I need to fix the diet, its my alcohol consumption that got me the extra 5lbs I dont need. And the JUNK food
Night snacking (I KNOW! I KNOW!)
On seeds, dried meats, anything salty...
Anything else? Thanks so far...

I know its horrible! I was just showing my current diet. I will have a view at the diet section and revamp my diet. But at least I'm eating healthy breakfasts and dinners, mostly! I stopped drinking 3 weeks ago to get ready for my new lifestyle, diet and gym/cycle sessions. I dont want to be huge, just round, ya know? Dec 1, is the start date, right now I'm doing just cardio and heavy lifting (super sets, 12 exercises, by 6-8 reps x3 sets, 90 second breaks between exercises and 1 minute between sets...) The funny thing is, everyone here is ignoring all my info except my diet, can we start somewhere please? Thanks for your response so far...

No flame intended, but even for an average Joe, I'd say your diet sucks. For a casual bodybuilder, it's horrendous. For someone serious enough about training/bodybuilding to consider AAS, it's unthinkably bad. Back to the drawing board. With your strength and a good diet, you'll develop real mass in a matter of months, without gear.

Ok ok!
Hey, massivily strong for guys my size (155), also just the wrong choice of words, I'm proud of the fact I can do that weight so many times when I see more then 1/2 of the Army Infantry I was around cant do bench thier body weight 1 time!
stevey_6t9 & Damienm05. I gotcha guys on the Diet, I've been researching all day since I saw you posted, I kinda wish I had someone around here that could teach me the right ways. But YEAH, I got some work todo, someone post me a typical one day diet for athletic people, I want to try it for a day. I still run and do my normal routine so it shouldnt be a problem. I know the HUGE guys eat a ton, thats not what I'm about talking here, show me what you do for a day.
I would rather do this without gear, but I just could never get the size, only the thin strong muscle. Guess the diet was my mistake and apart from snacking or junk food I actualy thought In was doing well! I thought eating small quick meals would keep the beer gut away becuase you actualy burn more calories. Going for the juice was just perhaps an 'easy' way to think i could get what I wanted. I would see guys back a few years back eat a normal army diet, hit some weight gainer and some vitamens or suppliments and get like 40 pounds in a year ( i really dont know how many pounds, but the got BIG) But they would also snack alot... Alright, thanks for the info. I will hit the diet full time and try the same workout and see what happens, see you JAN 2
chuckt12345: I will see what happens this month and take your advice if it comes to that...
Damienm05: Gotach, back to the drawing board. I just got a few months before this job and thought thats what I needed, but I get your point... Thanks

I got u Armed... There are no supliments here where I am, but I'm working on a crazy diet with another guy, and that should get me where I need to be. I will post back with results on after the first month of training.

Just want to echo what is being said here about your diet.
You have a lot to do in that area and if not your attempt at AAS will get you nowhere but fat fast. Diet section for the win!
