    Hi, I am starting a routine. I joined 24 hour fitness and have obtained a few items. I am 5'7" and 175 at most, but I need to get more muscle mass and lose alot of belly fat, plus I am 38 and lack of muscle use since my teenage years sucks. I was built pretty good and still have a little definition that wouldnt be hard to bring out. I just need to cut but I also want some muscle bulk. I have a 10Ml of Winstrol , only 2 single vials of Sust 250 (so far) , some d-bol tabs, some winstrol tabs , and some I beleive it is called trenbolone already syringed in a 12 pack ( workout buddy) and was wondering what to start. I really want to do just the sust, but need more first I assume about 12 more, but would that be my best bet?
    Or do I need to stack? I am not good with needles man, so the every other day thing is a bitch. What would be best for me, the whinny and d-bol? should I just try to get deca?

    but enjoy and be prepared to be overwhelmed with so much knowledge... you will wish u had a sus ache.....

    Lets start with ....What does your Diet look like, what is your cycle experience, your PCT Knowledge, and workout routine?

    after you figure that out... isn't 24 hour fitness light weights? My boy goes to one and i believe he said the dumb bells stop at 75.

    Wouldn't be too important if you wanted to get shredded only but you were speaking of Deca and d-bol and unless you plan on just doing 50 reps with 75s...

    depends which one.

    I used to go to 24, and one older gym had DB's going up to 140

    Others usually went up to 120-125

    put your winny and sust away and get your diet nailled properly and read read read here for a while first before your cycle

    24 hour I go to has BIG wieghts I wont touch probably ever, unless I was going to want to look like mr. Olympia. No, this is a supersport with PLENTY of everything I need. I cant lift half of what they have yet on the machines. That shouldnt be a problem.
    If I need to start with my diet...it sucks and I know that is key, but until the 1st (I start a day job) I will have been bartending for 18 years, so my diet is screwball, all-over the place...kinda eat when you can. I usually then eat dinner when I get home at 4am.
    Should I get some mixes? everyone says they make you gain weight fast and I dont want that to happen. Diet suggestions please? I am VERY anxious to start, as I have paid dues now ALL year and gone 3 times. I go after work and usually have free roam. only about 5 people in gym at that time, so thats cool. Can I start the diet and the others at the same time? I have NO cycle knowledge except countless hours of forum readings. I would like to get in there this week.

    thanks for all the answers and I am listening, but I just want to start like NOW. you guys are great. I can start with something low, but want to get quick results, thats why I looked at stacking and not just winny.

    bad idea........believe me i been there and i hated all these guys for telling me its not a good idea but i listened I went from 48 inch to 36(which is lose now) did my diet in check and then started the cycle it did wonders,,,,,
