Hi, I am starting a routine. I joined 24 hour fitness and have obtained a few items. I am 5'7" and 175 at most, but I need to get more muscle mass and lose alot of belly fat, plus I am 38 and lack of muscle use since my teenage years sucks. I was built pretty good and still have a little definition that wouldnt be hard to bring out. I just need to cut but I also want some muscle bulk. I have a 10Ml of Winstrol , only 2 single vials of Sust 250 (so far) , some d-bol tabs, some winstrol tabs , and some I beleive it is called trenbolone already syringed in a 12 pack ( workout buddy) and was wondering what to start. I really want to do just the sust, but need more first I assume about 12 more, but would that be my best bet?
Or do I need to stack? I am not good with needles man, so the every other day thing is a bitch. What would be best for me, the whinny and d-bol? should I just try to get deca?
