I am taking 75 (yes a lot, yes too much) mg of Dbol. I have read and heard many things on how to take it, and wonder which is the most common/correct way to do so.
A) Break a 50 mg into 1/4's... 12.5 mg every 4 hours due to its short half life...
B) All 75 mg in the AM 1 hour before eating
If A) do I take 12.5 right before or right after my work out?
