I have a friend who is a basketball player and he tore his patellar tendon in his knee. We gym 5 to 7 days a week and he has only been able to do upper body workouts for some time. He has been rehabing his knee with physiotherapy and over the counter supplements for over a year and its a very slow process which hasnt seen a ton of progress. He is currently seeking advice from lots of people in town what he could take to heal his knee and HGH has been brought to the service time and time again because of its healing properties. Could someone please let me know if this is a good idea or if there is anything else he could use or do to help this recovery.
