Haha, not sure what "gains" he was promising you.
Anyways, you need to put on some natural size first. You could put on another 30 - 40lbs naturally with just a well planned and executed diet. Dont start any AAS until you get your diet worked out first.
Do yourself a favor and dont listen to him anymore.

I'm with ^^^^^ I wouldn't trust your guy. If your 6'1 and 170... and looking to gain... With an anavar and winnie stack sounds like he is trying to keep you around for a LONG time and make some money off you or hes just a moron. Fix your diet and gain another 20 - 30 lbs before you jump on. I was 195 at 5'9 before I started. And even I could have likely gained a little more naturally.

Wish I could put on that kind of weight but I can't I worked out hard and ate right for two years and only gained 10lbs. This was when I was still playing sports. Now I'm looking for beach muscles spring break is 4 months away and I want to look good plain and simple

Ok... Post your diet. My boy eats checkers and McDonalds 9 times a day but weighs 140. Eating a lot doesn't mean eating right to put on lbs.

And if your trying to get big in 4 months look into this type of cycle.
All newbies looking to do their first cycle, click here.
But as we all know... these aren't miracle drugs. Without proper training, dieting, and rest you won't get to where you want to be.

I eat as much as I can mostly chicken, steak, pasta, salads and turkey sandwiches. I also drink protein shakes. I don't really have a strict diet but I try to consume over 3000 calories a day.

You need a strict diet. If you cant follow a strict diet, then steroids are not something you should be messing with.

^^^^^ agreed. I eat 4500 calories a day but its a very strict 6 meal diet.

ok i was reading up on some diets and i do need to be eating more and get up to 4500+ a day and i need to spread out my food i eat more like 3 big meals a day with some snacks but I need to spread it out from what I have read about some diets it wont be a problem. so that takes me back to my original question is what the guy told me to do worth while? i was mostly concerned about doing the 3 weeks on 3 weeks off. do people do that? is there anything to be gained or lost by doing that?

3 weeks on and 3 weeks off... repeating is a BAD idea. I am guessing that he said nothing to you about pct? So basically you will run about 4 oral cycles in 2.5 months. The idea does not seem right to me. If you are stuck on orals, then do:
4 weeks orals, 4 weeks pct, 6-8 weeks off
Then repeat. But you should look into Liver Longer, Liv52 and Synthergine if you will be doing strictly orals

My bro is 5'10 and 170 and he wants to get big, but he won't EAT big. I would never let him touch AAS to push through to the 200 lbs barrier. He has a lot of learning to do with lifting/diet and it sounds like you do too!
