    noob q's!

Ok so I'm still reading up this site and still learning so please forgive me!
Firstly on Test E only cycle (12 weeks) what are the likely keep gains going to be presuming correct PCT is carried out? I understand over 12 weeks you're likely to stick about 25+lbs on.
Also regarding PCT and HCG, I'm seeing it's measured in IU what actual measurement is this? I'm used to seeing mgs?
    Cheer's guys.

"IU stands for International Units and is used for the measurement of drugs and vitamins.

Webster's defines IU as: a quantity of a biologic (such as a vitamin) that produces a particular biological effect agreed upon as an international standard

What this means is that IU is dependent on the potency of the substance, and each substance would have a different IU to milligram conversion. For example, 1000 IU of Vitamin C would have a different weight than 1000 IU of Vitamin A

Since each substance would have a different conversion ratio, we cannot put up a conversion for IU to milligrams that covers everything, or even most things. Just too many different substances."

Google is a wonderful thing... hint hint nudge nudge

A proper PCT with training/nutrition will maximize kept gains, but everyone is different. You can guess an average lbs number just as good as anyone else from your research...

Let's say you put 5,000IUs of hCG into a 10ML vial. That means each ML would be 500iu. There are 100 IUs in a 1cc pin. So you would use the 50iu mark on the slin pin for 250IUs of hCG
