    calf injections, gastroc? or soleus?

    anybody have a picture they can post of where it's best to shoot.

    I will tonight.

    But, in the mean time, I normally go in the upper outer (lateral) part of the gastrocnemius.

    About four inches down from the back of the knee.

    definitely NOT in the soleus.
