Test E @ 500 12 weeks, deca @400 12 weeks, Dbol (6weeks) 40mg and nolva and armidex. What do you guys think?

test dose looks fine, you ll want to run it at least 2 weeks past the deca so the deca can clear your system

could consider bumping the deca up to 500mg/week, your choice

id only run the dbol 5 weeks MAX

as for the nolva and adex, that for on cycle or pct?

what is your planned PCT layout?

armi on cycle 4th week in run it untill done & nolva and clomid for post?

you dont have to start it 4th week in, could from the beginning but if thats what u usually do and it works for u then cool
