    steroids and injury recovery

will taking steroids work with me as i try to work back up to where i was (and beyond) or would they just get me strong too fast and possibly cause me to injure myself again.

It is a shoulder injury by the way.

Also...How effective are steroids in low doses? Would they help a good amount at a low dose?

That's what I would be concerned about. I would highly recommend going natty for a while man get your form back let your tendons get strong. You got to build up a base to work of of.

I wouldn't risk it bro, if you damage your shoulder more you'll be screwed. You should wait until it is healed.

Google "starting strength" and follow this workout program for 3 months and then you should be ready to rock. It really worked wonders for me when I was "coming back".
    Cheers
