i was goin to do a 6 week course of test e at 500mgs a week split into 2 jags and the anavar would be 6 weeks at 60 mgs a day.

6 weeks is too short for a long ester like test e. Your pct looks fine,

but you're honestly still a bit young and a bit light to be messing with steroids.

I bet if we looked at your diet/training we could add some lbs. to you without you having to shut yourself down at 22.

i have changed my diet and started eating more and moreregularly and am slowly putting weight on i was wondering what u weight you would put on and the streght gain you could get.

i take it 12 of test and just leave anavar at 6 weeks

a know steroids can shut you down but i thought pct was to help with that. i have already done an anavar cycle and used just clomid for pct and was fine

You've already done an anavar cycle, and you're still 160 lbs? I've helped friends push 145-180lbs naturally with proper training and diet.

Not sure if AAS is the solution bro

when i took anavar was for the streghth gain and the fat lose i was over weight and am nw ready for my first real cylcle will any 1 give me advice please

Anavar is more of a cutter, dude your 160 pounds! Why would you want a cutter. Your small! You need to be bulking.

this will be my second cycle i am only thet weight because i lost alot of fat now i a, lookin to bulk up not 2 much just enough bout a stone or sum thing. well test enth is a long acting easter wat a quick working 1 to go with my anavar advive please
