ment to say, 6 days per week.
yo might be overtraining....
What’s your routine going to look like?
Are you going to be on cycle when doing this?
I wouldn’t hit each muscle twice per day especially not 6 days a week.
If you’re on a cycle and you’re eating lots to bulk up then I’d maybe pick one or two muscle groups (ideally lagging body parts) to give a little extra training to.
i do cardio in the morning......and lift in the evening............... and while not on deployment
i we do our pt in the morning then i lift after released for the day... and do 45 mins on the tread after lifting...............
I need more details of you lifting.
What body parts, exercises, sets, reps etc
yea... I would say lifting 2 times a day 6 days a week is over training unless you are really going in and isolating to one muscle group each time.
I go twice a day but my morning is cardio and abs... nothing else
def over training unless you, for instance, are a pro on a shit load of cals and gear
I used to overlift also, here is what I came up with that changed my habits.
Did 2 cycles, exactly the same compounds, doses and times (deca 400, sust 500)
First cycle I was working out for 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week
Second cycle I worked out 3 days a week, high oxygen training (no stopping) for 45 minutes a day. Nearly identical diet
Using the second scenario I saw a 25% increase in growth, saved money on personal training time and was able to live my life.
More was definitely not better IMO, with my situation. I used to split up my cadio into two segments and found that to help, but not weights.
