decreased appetite once I come off test?

I just finished a cycle of test-e 2.5 weeks ago and have notice my appetite has decreased and I find myself forcefeeding myself. Is this normal or am I just getting bored of eating the same foods everyday?

ah so the pct decreases it too? yea i have noticed since i started pct 5 days ago that my appetite is even worse. I might have to try eating dirty to get my calories in but still fit the meals into my macros for the day. ill be taking in tons of sodium but at least i wont under eat this way

alot of people dont advise them but protein shakes have their place. if you can get 3 or 4 clean meals and 2-3 shakes (and im talking just high quality whey) and blend it with oatmeal for a pro/carb or almond butter for a pro/fat meal that should help. much easier to drink calories then eat them when you have no appetite IMO.

I've naturally got a very low appetite, we're talking two meals a day.

When I went on my first cycle, my appetite went thru the roof, I was eating maybe 5 meals a day. Of course this was great for building muscle but it also made my body fat increase quite a bit.

When I came off the juice my appetite plummeted back down to 2 meals a day... and I've been there ever since.

yea i did this when my wisdom teeth came out last year. I did it today but it filled me up like crazy since it had 1 scoop of whey, 2 cups of oats, and 3 tbls of natural peanut butter
