Benadryl on clen cycle?

Hi, i recently read that you can take benadryl which contains diphenhydramine so you dont have to do the 2 weeks on 2 off and can do 6 or so instead. In Australia our benadryl has

Each 5ml of syrup contains:
Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 12.5mg,
Ammonium Chloride 125mg,
Sodium Citrate 50mg

Can i still use this and take say take 30ml or are the other ingredients too harmful?

Buy Tylenol PM it has 25mg of Diphenydramine in it and it helps you get some sleep....Take at night before bed......and costs less than Benadryl....

Unisom - SleepGels

they are 50mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride per tablet. 10 in a pack and its $10 aus.

seems like there is no other real active ingredients in them.
