    Question Did i do it wrong?

    this past sunday was my 2nd dosage. for some reason my ass is so sore. i can barely sit. the 1st time was no problem, i was a little sore for about a day. this time i dont know what is wrong. i injected in the same spot as last week. am i supposed to switch cheeks or i can use the same one for 10 weeks?

    First off, yes you want to rotate injection sites. You build up scar tissue each time you inject... rotate between your glutes, quads, delts

    What are you injecting? Some compounds cause soreness for a few days.

    The sust is why your ass hurts man. Some people i know experienced a little pain from sust. Just get through it, it goes away

    Putting it in the same spot every week is probably why it hurts too. Definetly switch your positions too, don't want one ass cheek bigger than the other.. LOL

    You might have moved the pin a little bit too, if you are shaking or move around too much, it can get very sore.
