    Exclamation I need help!!

    I am going to boot camp for the marines in 7 months. i need to be faster, stronger, and have more endurance than anyone else. i need to know what to take, there are so many types of steroids, i wouldnt know where to start. can you please help me.
    i am going to need to increase my 3 mile time and endurance, get a faster swim time and just all around stronger, any posts would help.

    Thats a tough one bro, I would say to stay natural. First of all how long is boot camp? During that time you cant do squat, you have no time or place to do any type of gear. Worst of all you dont want to do a cycle and be in a low test state while in boot camp, that will screw everything up.

    Hard work... That is what will make the difference. You have 7 months for gods sake. You could 'reinvent' yourself in that amount of time, naturally... How bad are you out of shape? iirc, you PT test is 3mile, pull ups, and crunches, right? What are your stats now? I have been at it for about 6 years, was in special operations until this summer (car wreck, no more jumping for me), I could help you out with a training program if you would like...

    Brother, everything that you gain from your cycle will be lost in Bootcamp. You will do excessive cardio, and be limited to 3 meals a day. Sleep will not be long either. Just use Bootcamp as a conditioning program. Come out of Bootcamp LEAN, and then think about your cycle. Bro, I see TONS of Marines on test

    Seriously. You are imited to 3 meals a day. You are probally getting about 120g protein per day AT MOST, assuming you are taking every scrap that you can get ahold of. They wake you up at night a lot. You also pull "Nightwatch" every night, so you lose some sleep there too. You will not have any supplements with you. No creatine, protein, amino acids, etc.

    Just suck it up for those couple of months and use it as a cutting cycle. I know that I am repeating my previous post, but that is because I am trying to re-emphasize

    HEy Brother,

    I am a Former Military guy myself. I was in the army, but the elite parts. My sugestion is to Run...Run...Run...Run...Run. You need to run 3 times a week for 5 miles as fast as possible, never walking. Jog but don't walk. Then 1 day a week, you need to put 30 pounds of gear on your back and ruck it about 3 miles...If you do this, you would be in phenominal condition. Steriods are not the answer.
