Hey all!! I'm hoping to get some advice on what to purchase before I lose my source. I would like to get a little bigger, but my biggest goal is to get around 10% bf by summer. I was thinking about a bulking cycle, that won't increase my bodyfat too much, followed by a cutting cycle. My stats are below.
Stats-
Age: 34
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 195
BF%: 19.5
Cycle Exp: 10 wk test-e cycle this past July (good gains)
PCT Knowledge: none, whatever i can find on this site
Training Exp: 10 yrs
Diet: Right now it's crap. Currently getting it in check.
