I haven't visited AAS in quite while... Trying to determine how to put together/ taper whinny/ Dbol(tabs).
Stats, 6'4, 240, bf17%(high i know) age 27 training 4-5years
Goals: trim bf% increase strength & minimal increase in muscle mass
Planning on 6weeks of 50ml /day whinny tabs and considering adding dbols tabs already on hand.
Training is going well with p90x daily (morning) and through resistance 4x week.
Diet is high protein/ lower carb spread into 5-6meals while still getting fruits/veg/complex carbs. Also drink gallon of water daily.
Friend started the Dbol for a week before starting whinny.. Not sure if I like the idea or what the pros/cons would be to this.
Should the whinny be tapered @ start & finish?
