    12% too high? thoughts and opinions

    im 28
    236 lbs
    12%
    been training for 15 years
    done 6 cycles

    thinking due to time constraints that I might start my cycle now. As stated above, im 236 at 12%. cycle, even if i wait, will be as follows:

    10 weeks
    test prop 100mg/eod
    tren ace 75/eod
    maybe masteron at the end cuz i have a lil sittin around for a while

    what do you think? my diet is decent, not gonna lie and say its crazy on point. cuz then i wouldn be 12% but im really really busy and def do my best.

    really looking to add 10lbs of lean muscle while dropping about 18-20lbs. of fat, to be about 225 to 228 or so, which granted is overall only an 8 pound swing (@228), but ill be in much better shape

    Personally, I think 12% is a good body fat percentage. Atleast for me it is, at 12% my upper abs are all showing, good upper body definition, though my legs/glutes need a bit more.

    When I cycle I will get down to 10% before I do it.

    but you wouldnt necessarily advise against it for sides issues?

    and how does the cycle look? any opinion on the masteron ?

    I am not qualified to answer those questions buddy. Learning like everybody else. I don't think 12% bf would be an issue for sides though, imho.

    From what I've researched, tren is a compound for more advanced users. Alot of potential sides.

    * and i should add that you are an advanced user with 6 previous cycles, lol.

    You'd be fine at 12%...if anything the tren would help you get down some.

    12% is fine, you should think about ED not EOD injections, sides tend to increase with Tren done EOD.

    will this be your 1st time using tren or any other 19nor?

    what do u have lined up for PCT and any on cycle support?

    not my firsttime with 19 nor, but first with tren . used deca and npp before. deca was cool but too much bloat. npp was great but felt so lethargic all the time. trying to figure out what to do with that. also trying to build a good pct, havent finished yet. any suggestions. cant get my hands on caber or prami, which is why i asked if anyone had any experience with lion caber

    i have ever used it, may try and see some reviews on it. otherwise you could give b6 a go, that will help with prolactin levels

    i agree with RANA, consider pinning ED. i did tren a last cycle at 50mg ed at 1st and it worked out great. i ran caber along side of it

    consider hcg on cycle as well as arimidex

    what kind of pct regimine u have in mind?

    i meant what to do with the lethargy not the kpp. not doin that shirt again. can u show me what your pct looked like? i know i sound like a lazy newbee but everything is so conflicting and vontemporary stuff doesnt always work the best

    As a Medical Provider, my question would be....Why do you wanna be under 12% BF

    Your hight to weight ratio is good. Unless you had a show, or going to the beach during the winter break. 12% is very healthy. The Healthy BF% range is 9-17% for your age group. JUST FYI

    i ran adex throughout my cycle at .25mg EOD, also used caber. used hcg in the end of cycle, up to start of pct. next time ill run hcg majority of cycle though

    pct was simple, 4 weeks

    clomid 100/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20

    So at the end of this cycle you plan on being 228Lbs and 4% bodyfat?

    i've cycled over 15% prolly and never had any real issues....cept high bp on dbol ...aka nose bleeds

    going to california for vaca. figure i drop as much bf as possible. idk if thats the math but if urrightthen it prob wont work. but i know i can lose at least 12lbs, dont think 15 would be that hard. in college i walked around at 11%.

    since ive been as high as 19 (got fat lol)

    so anyway...whats your guys thoughts on adding the masteron ? or should i just save it?

    yea i dont understand the whole bodyfat rule...i mean of course if your 20% and weigh 190 then def. wait till you gain more muscle and loose some bf..but if your 20% 260 then why not?

    no, justbtryin to get down to my wrestling physique. walked around at 11% but went mid single digits for spring break, vaca etc. i was 225 back then at 11%. its not fun, and i hate life when i do it but its possible. fish, fish, fish, and more fish.

    also my body is weird. very defined everywhere, striations in my shoulders, quads, etc, but have a stupid gut and small love handles. but the rest of me is real tight. looks stupid honestly.

    and maybe 20 was ambitious, but 12 is def possible
