    Theoretical - Cutting / Test E / and Cardio

    I am new, already have my cycle sorted thanks to all on here. I am trying to learn more and was thinking about Test E (Primo) and burning fat.

    Persons Cycle: 600mg test e / week for 12 weeks.
    Persons diet: High Protein but @ 90% of maintenance caloric intake.

    Wont he gain muscle and lose fat with the right workout / supplements / sleep.

    Yes by doing enough cardio while still weight training you can lose fat while maintaining and gaining muscle.

    I thought so - even though I understand AAS is primarily Gaining and staying "Anabolic".
    No which one of these would work better with such a plan:
    Plan A
    D1 Cardio
    D2 Lift
    D3 Cardio
    D4 Lift
    D5 Cardio
    D6 Lift
    D7 Rest
    Repeat
    or
    Plan B
    D1 Cardio AM / Lift PM
    D2 Rest
    Repeat....
    I am more inclined to think Plan A but I am sure it would depend on the person.
    I also wonder what percent under you caloric intake you could maintain and still gain muscle and not go catobolic.

    you need somewhere inbetween those two like am cardio x2 a week either HIIT or whatever you want. Then do cardio again once or twice after some workouts for the week. So like:
    Day1: Am cardio 45min + Chest later
    Day2: Legs n Abs
    Day3: Rest day for lifts (Cardio)
    Day4: Am Cardio + Back
    Day5: Arms
    Day6: Shoulder/Traps Cardio

    Repeat. Maybe less cardio depending on how intense you workout or the time you have available.
