What to take for PCT and for how long, need some help!

hey guys im about to start a 12 week cycle

Test cyp 500mg/wk
EQ 600mg/wk

The point of this thread is because ive read all over these threads on what to take for pct and this and that, i really could use some expert advice on WHAT to take (heard alot about using clomid and nolva together) and i need to know HOW LONG to take them for and the CORRECT DOSAGES. This would greatly help me before all else thanks guys

The following is a very popular PCT:

Clomiphene (tradename = Clomid): Take 100mg per day for the 1st week, then 50mg per day for the following 3 weeks.

Tamoxifen (tradename = Nolvadex): Take 40mg per day for the 1st week, then 20mg per day for the following 3 weeks.

You start taking these drugs at the same time, and you finish taking them at the same time. It is common for people to write this as:

Clomiphene 100/50/50/50
Tamoxifen 40/20/20/20

When you begin your PCT depends on what steroids you're taking. For instance, if you were taking Testosterone Enanthate alone, then you'd wait 14 days after your last injection before you start PCT. How long you wait is different for different steroids. I've no experience with EQ so I'll let someone else fill you in on that.
