Test & Var?
I was wondering if anyone has ever done a mild dose of test (300/week) and a mild dose of var (40 ed) and the results they got? I have read that you can keep alot of the strength and results with var but if it is coupled with test, does that mean that you will keep more of the results from the test as well? I hope this is making sense... Im really interested in hearing peoples experiences with these two as I am considering doing just that.

I prolly have a little more than 9% but i reached 184 a while ago at 5'8... is this your first cycle ? But trust me i would trade my extra lb's to get your inches any day haha

Not really sure... I was thinking of doing Mon & Thurs Test C (300week) and Var 40 each day for 8 weeks. Minimum sides are very important and I would like to get over this plateau. I dont want to swell up but stay rather cut and put on some decent muscle and weight. People think I am around 200 (in regard to your 184 comment) generally, but its because I am extremely long waisted so not much weight in my legs. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I just want to get it right before I decide to do anything. I have read and read, but I like to hear others experiences and if this seems like a good way to start.

I think tbol at 80mg's for 8 weeks would be more beneficial. But if all you have is cyp and var then i would run cyp at least 10 weeks and var atleast 8 but those are both mild doses they will most likely get you over any plateau your at but expect mild gains.

I used to run test and var all the time. my favorite cycle!! 40mg of var ED is cutting it close. that is the absolute min you should take (unless your female of course). but my first cycle was that exactly and it was amazing. You can get away with 40mg but my personal opinion is atleast 60mg ED. Have fun and watch that 225 rep go to 16-20x

PS. Do you train legs? at 184 it sounds like they are not getting a lot of love.

Yes, I have run test prop and 40 mg var with good results in keeping gains. Did not make big gains or bloat but did not loose a lot afterward either. It did make me strong and as hard as a rock. You will loose some strength but with that combo you will gain good deal of strength.

I think he was saying you will get good gains but will lose a bit after just like anything else. I dont want to use prop cause I dont want to stick myself EOD. 150 of Test C Mon and Thurs and ok, 50mgs of var, will that work? I guess the only way to know is give it a shot, no pun intended. I would be starting mid December. And yeah, im not gonna lie, I dont work out my legs that much (maybe once a week, sometimes :/ ). I play basketball like 4 times a week so that helps. I dont know if it matters, but would capped var be worse than pharm? Obviously it would be cheaper, but is it stil worth it if its done with Test C ? O and PCT, Clomid for 2 weeks? Will that suffice? Sorry for all the post, last question...
