I am considering doing a low dose test cycle. My goals are mainly for athletic performance. I would like to be stronger, faster, and have better endurance. I would like to compete in a tri athalon next year. I have a nutritionist for my diet.
So would a low dose test cycle benefit me? Something like 250mgs a week of Test E. What kind of increases in performance would this give me?
I also considered going with Prop. If I do that what would be a good dose?
I'm 27 years old 5'9" 180 lbs with 10+ years of sports, athletics, training, etc.
