hey guys ,

ive done a couple of cycles now over the past 4-5 years and was thinking of doing an HGH cycle of 6 months.

a few thing i need to know are max / min doses and anything to run with it ?

I don't want to go stupid dose just the min to get results.

im about 85kgs and 172 cm tall, after this cycle (7 weeks) i hope to be about 87-89kgs and about 10% bf or less, i started at 80kgs and 14%bf.

my goals are to fill out more and lean up more as well but get thicker / denser muscle size.

any help would be appreciated.
