Advice needed for a rookie...
Hey guys
Im looking at starting my first ever steroid cycle in the new year.... I have done a lot of research on the subject and i tihnk now im just confusing myself.
I am looking at a 10 week cycle of Testoviron depot and was looking to do 5 weeks PCT of Nolvadex .
But after more and more reading, ive found that people are saying to use the Nolvadex during my cycle and then use Proviron after..??
So im some what unsure of the best way to go about this now..
Any help, tips or advice would be much appreciated

Weeks 1 -10: Ethanate 250 ml (Mon and Thurs)
week 2 - nolva 20mg -
week 3 - nolva 20mg -
week 4 - nolva 20mg -
week 5 - nolva 20mg -
This what i have been advised, but after reading up, just not sure now..

6 ft
11st 5lbs
12% BF
Been training for about 5 years.
I play rugby for a club and im noticing im gettin hurt with being so small, ive tried everything to put size/weight on but cant seem to.
A few guys i used play with have tried and tested steroids but they are no longer around to ask for advice, they moved down country

Use proviron on cycle and nolva in pct. Cycle looks fine for a first cycle.

So a PCT of 5 weeks should be fine. As regards to using Proviron on cycle, is it every day for the ten weeks or every injection day?

Are you 6ft tall and 159lbs? If so my steroids will only help you in the short run. When you come off you would lose most of your gains because your diet isn't up to par. Unless you could show me otherwise. Can you post your current diet. Thanks

Well, im in the gym 4-5 times a week, taking protein and supplements. My diet totals are:
3600 Calories
220g protein
360g carbs
100g Fat
My mam used to compete so she has my diet sorted
I seem to have stayed the same size since i was 19, my strength has improved but my weight/size has remained the same, i just want to push towards that next level....

The total macros are ok. Can I see which food sources they are coming from in more detail. Break it down by meals and time and macros of said meal.

Not sure to said meals, as i havent broke it down as of yet... but im guessing i should have.
I eat breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Dinner and Snack before bed. Adding a protein shake before and after my workout and maybe a little something before training, porridge or such.
Food sources are:
Eggs and Bagel at breakfast
Snacks are crackers, yogurt, cottage cheese
Lunch is either chicken, turkey, beef, salmon with salad or veg
Dinner is steaks, baked potatoes, chicken, rice and veg
Also try to snack on fruit and protein bars
Other than that im not sure as to what values each meal holds
