Second Cycle, Need Help!

Hey fellas new to the forum and need a little help. First cycle was Test E 500mg/week for 12 weeks. Second cycle was thinking this

EQ 400mg/Week - Week 1-12
Anavar 50mg/ED - (Dunno what duration or when I should start in the cycle though?)
Test E 250/Week - Weeks 1-12

I was going to do a test free cycle since i didn't like the bloat from last time (think my calories might of been a little to high though), but after reading it seems like I need to have some test in there. I always wanna stay on the lower dosage end than the higher dosage. So if this cycle looks to stout for a second cycle let me know or if dosages need to be change feel free to tell me, any help is welcomed. Thanks Bros.

By the way I am 23y/o, 5"11, 185-190 lbs, and keep a pretty low body fat %. I also understand the nutrition game really well.

Looks good enough. Any reason you chose boldenone ?
I would prob do the var at the end right up until pct starts.

Thanks for the reply man. EQ seemed pretty common for people as far as being a second compound to add and It seems like it can have a good anabolic effect with little sides and little estrogen conversion. I also have a bodybuilding friend who loves to stay lean year round and uses this stuff like crazy, but if you guys have a different opinion on this I'll be willing to take a different approach with this cycle.

Also at what week should I start the var on and how long should I run it? And is my dose good for the first time trying it?
