I'm pretty sure you are going to get many people telling you not to cycle yet then.... you don't weigh all that much being 6'1" tall so you could easily gain some weight (quite a bit i'd imagine) naturally then utilize a cycle down the road to REALLY help you out... Plus you need to build a foundation before you begin a cycle, if you don't you will see why if you go ahead with this cycle. I actually cycled without a foundation and wish I had waited.

nah im not kidding, Several reasons
-forget 4-5kg in a month.
-on roids ill def go to the gym and eat correctly.
-when i go into my pct and natural levels are restored ill prob be close to my natural levels and less likely to lose most of my weight.
-dont think this cycle has ever been tested before on my type of body
-wanna have done the dbol before christmas holidays where ill go back to ireland.

If you have never worked out with weights your muscle supporting structure (tendons/ligaments) are not very strong. Steroids only work on muscle tissue so you are putting yourself at serious risk of tearing your tendons. Having your bicep separate from your arm isn't going to be fun. Put the steroids on hold and train naturally, you will grow a lot without them right now.

Gym Twice a Day
currently i hit the gym about 6pm for around 1 hour. at 100%
if i was to split this to 7am and 7pm. at 150%
Was thinking i might be able to get more work out per day, what u guys think?

yeah and i'm telling you it's a mistake... lol I'm not saying because I did it you should. I'm telling you now that I made that mistake I can say it was a bad decision to cycle without having worked out before... I actually looked funny to be honest with you. Building a base doesn't just come from a cycle of steroids , it comes from time spent working on your base which will probably take you longer than 12 weeks to establish anyway even with gear.

Such a bad idea. I mean if what you are saying is true (I REALLY have my doubt) and you do eat / gym / juice correctly you will at least destroy your tendons, that is if your doing it CORRECTLY, if you do either if the 3 incorrectly the bad results will multiply. There is plenty of information on this forum and a lot of wisdom, if you choose to ignore it consider yourself warned.

Yea ur dead right its my main concern after long term sperm counts, im hoping ill be ok though. Even in daily life i expect that i cud rip a tendon being stronger.
Tbh my tendons arnt the worst either, i did alot of rowing when i was younger for a few years. I have also done alot of swiming. but it was 4/5 years ago.
I think i should be alright though.
Got a flatmate to take some photos earlier, So ill post them tomorrow in the members section.

From what I have been reading on here this seems pretty typical. On another thread people are giving cycle advice to some 22 year old who is trying to gain 5 pounds!
