hi guys.....
started my 1st mdrol cycle, currently this is my 2nd week
am using cel MDROL and cel cycle support-milk thistle, hawthorn berry etc all included within the cycle support
taking flax seed, glucosamine, calcium zinc magnesium supplements etc
im 25, 6ft , 188lbs
diet has been spot on, hitting 250g of protein, and carbs
water intake has been ok, roughly about 1.5-2ish litres a day
started running 10mg daily for first week and was fine put on about 3 lbs but no strength gains but felt good
this is my secodn week and ahve run 20mg. trained mon-wednesday,
wednesday night felt a slight headache and nausea , felt like i was getting ill/flu
thursday stayed in bed most of the day, felt like i wa sgetting ill and had headaches and nausea
went gym friday and had my blood pressure checked, it read 152. think the bottom number was 81 ,
(((had my blood pressure oughly a week ago and it was 138/??, instructor said that was ok))
gym instructor said the 152 reading was a little high and advised me to skip training today so i left the gym. i got myslef some extra hawthorn berry supplements today to take ontop of the c.e.l cycle support.
planning to up it to 1000mg hawthorn to help lower my blood pressure, headaches have just been mild today
any advice guys??
im going to seriously up my water intake, but really want to carry on with the cycle through to completeion.
