    Toning up

    I am 25 years old and need (would very much like)to lose about 30 pounds by febuary..i am getting married on Febuary 24th and we are honeymooning in Cozumel...I am very uncomfortable with the way I look....

    I used to take some testosterone when i was younger and in the military...

    What would be the best thing to take for a couple of months to lose 30 pounds and increase my libido

    diet and cardio
    what is your diet, in detail, and what is your cardio regime?

    I try to keep my diet to low carbs
    bout 1900 calories a day..
    eat most of my calories at lunch..usually fruits and veggies at night...
    Problem is I love red meat....

    Cardio 3 times a week- I was in the navy so i swim a lot..
    run about 25 minutes swim 250 laps

    You should be eating protein throughout the day..... small frequent meals. Don't eat one huge meal at lunch and then pick at fruit for the rest of the day. Some red meat is okay. You should go to the diet section and list everything you eat meal by meal.

    I have been thinking about taking some cycles of Clen and adding Tongkat Ali for my libido..what do you think?

    u do 25min of cardio and swim 25 laps, and are still overweight? ur probably missing some calories there and should def reevaluate your diet. thats a good amount of cardio.

    dont think gear is gonna help, run eca stack the right way, eat well, ull drop at least 25-30lbs. in 3 months. dont know about 40, thats a lot
