So I've heard many different theories on how much to inject an how many times a week. At the moment I'm injecting .75 of just test twice a week every 3.5 days. A guy i workout with is doin 1.5 of just test once a week and he believes his way is the better way to go about this although neither of us are sure. I'd like to see what you guys have to say about this an which method you guys think would work best.
