hi all i have just finished an anavar 8 week cycle i am going to leave it a week before starting pct can any one tell me that sounds right i am going to run nolv at 40,40,20,20 any help would be cool Thanks guys

don't wait a week. Start your pct the day after you discontinue the var.

Like D7 said start pct next day and i would still run some clomid in your pct
