I have read a few post on the suggesting that taking anti inflammatory can hinder gains.
Any one know how much? I take Diclofenac pretty much daily due to injuries and past surgeries. I have tried about everything over the counter and nothing helps. If I dont take them I feel like I have arthritis BAD, pretty much every joint aches and my workout soreness is 3x as bad.
Any suggestions on what to use instead if this will really hinder gains.

My though and from reading is that if it does it is minimal. Either live with pain and be a little bigger or less pain and maybe not quite as big. But they also say MOST of the big body builders take something for pain daily.
