First Cycle of Test E and D-bol
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 155
Age: 24
BF%: 14%
Lifting Exp: 4 years
I want to start my first cycle but I need to learn some more before I make the leap into AAS.
I am looking to add more mass, more definition, and harder muscles. I would also like to add more weight. I would like to get around 180lbs. It took me 2 years to go from 133 to 155 and I do not know if I could ever make it to 180.
I am eating 5-7 meals a day depending on work. I get around 200 grams of protein, 350 grams of carbs and about 4000 cals s day.
What I am going to take:
Testosterone enanthate : 500mgs/weekly (250mgs on monday 250mgs on thursday) (15 weeks)
D-bol: 30mgs/day (4 weeks)
Just want to get some advice before I make a purchase. Which right now I have NO clue where to get them. I dont want to drop the money if I dont know if the source is a legit or not.

If you can gain 22 pounds naturally, then why are you jumping straight to steroids .
So far you have made good progress but you are still somewhat small according to your numbers and im sure you could gain some more naturally.
Also your last part of your post is along the lines of phishing. Which is against the rules here.

Noles12 I was not looking for a source check or a source. Just simply stating that I have not found a source. Sorry for making it sound like phishing.
I gained the weight in the first 2 years and have not gained any since. I can get up to 160 but it all collects on my mid section. Then when I cut back down I have gained nothing. Thats the reason that I am considering doing a cycle.
Yea I am a pretty small guy height and mass wise. I just cant seem to put any size on anymore. All I gain is strength and body fat.

Well you are not that small you are just a short guy but if your stats are accurate then you should have some decent muscle mass. Now try to lower that bodyfat % a bit to like 11-12 range. Then what you wanna do is test only for 10-12 weeks at around 500mg/week. Some stop gaining after 10weeks and end it there you'd have to find out what works for you. Do you have any PCT knowledge? And if you could post your diet maybe we could help you gain some more muscle naturally while you gather knowledge and the gear.

During the summer I cut down on body fat to around 8-10%. I have been as low as 5% but I lost a lot of size trying to get there.
I know some about PCT but not a whole lot. I didnt think that you would need a PCT if you were doing a short cycle. I do agree with cutting down to 10-12 weeks. Found that there is no since to go to 15 because gains stop at 10-12 like you said.
I dont have the time right now to post my diet. I will get into that tomorrow after work.

While you cut down your body fat get to the pct forum and read pheendos pct and all the other stickies. I'll wait for your diet to critique. And yeah you always run a pct.

Meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 packs instant oatmeal, banana,and glass of orange juice
Meal 2: 24g protein shake (if you consider this a meal)
Meal 3: whole grain rice with shrimp, steam veggies, and fruit
Meal 4: real mass weight gainer
Pre-work out: Creatine, pre workout spike with NO and 24g protein shake
Post work out: Creatine, protein shake
Meal 5: Salmon, veggies, dirty rice
Meal 6: 1 can tuna, few whole grain crackers
Bedtime: 24g protein shake, fish oil, BCAA's
That is the meal plan that I have for today. Not sure if you count the protein shakes or the real mass weight gainer as a meal. I know that this is probally a horrible diet. Not much that I can do during the day since I get what the galley serves. let me know what you think.
Thanks for the info on the PCT. Guess I am going to have to do more studying on the also. Any help would be appreciated.

hey im a new member here i just wanted to say that i have been lifting for bout 5 years on and off . cant seem to keep my muscle and im turning to juicing but cant seem to ever find anything that works or is even ligit few things were but didnt do much. i have spent hundreds of $ on nothin. should i stop ?? waisting my time or keep trying to get big by juicin...??? and wat does phishing mean ?/

Phishing as in looking for a souce. Don't do that on this forum. It is againt the rules and is treated very seriously. Newbie stickies will give you all you need to start with. There is pages and pages of top quality information

yea I already decided to cut it back to 12. If i get to 10 and dont see any gains I will stop there. All depends on the way my body reacts to the cycle.
