    good natural body weight?

    everyone that posts a cycle on here seems to get bashed hard for not having put on enough natual size+weight so i was just wondering what a good healthy weight is or me? im 6-2" and weigh about 194 lbs. i am not thick by any means but am a good base i believe and am interested in doing a test e cycle in the near future. just thought id ask if i am ready for it or not....

    We dont bash people for having a certain weight, we just cant stress enough that most people can still put on size naturally, and therefore dont need to use any steroids.

    Steroids are recommended for those who have reached their natural full potential. When guys are 5'10, and weigh 170lbs, they can still gain another 20 or 30lbs naturally before their body starts to slow down.

    well im 27...

    put it this way,i weight bought 215-220 a year ago and decided i was way outta shape. ive lost naturally(odd ephedra help) down to 185 and now fluctuating around 190. ive been training for a serious 2 years but mostly to tone and not be big or bulk up.

    i think my diet is alright although i know i could eat cleaner. dont feel like posting diet but its all the good stuff.(no i am not a know it all,but i am studying as we speak)

    could post pics if necessary but i just wanted to start on this forum with a general topic instead of jumping into "hey im doing hgh, is that cool?"

    We only get strict on people about steroid use because we dont want them to possible mess up their body. Its not something to take lightly. Most of the time, if you say you "think" you are ready... you prob are not ready.

    i think everyones goals are different. i for example am 205ish right now and very happy with the way i look. my goal is to float around 215 and maintain that. very achievable in my eyes

    not everyone wants to be a 250 lb beast. its the guys that think steroids are a short cut and want to jump on them when they re 6ft 150lbs with no idea about a good diet.

    that said, how much do you already know about AAS and a 1st cycle? how about PCT and all the compounds invovled? AI's...?

    ive been quite quiet on here for months and have just been researching.....as i do not want to just jump into this stuff. but that said i am familiarizing myself with the wide assortment of chemicals available, i know that pct is just as if not more important than the cycle itself. i know diet is critical and i know that aas is not a shortcut but more of an aid to your body goals.

    i do work hard but as a few of my buds are on aas, i want to try as well. i just dont wanna jump into something over my head as they did. thats why i joined this forum.

    thats great man, thats the right way to do it. keep lookin around here as much as you can. read all the stickies and educational threads.

    when you think you re ready post up an example 1st cycle and PCT and we ll help you out, then go from there

    That is a good attitude to have. Just continue to study, and research. Diet is very important, you want to make sure you have that fully in check before starting anything too.

    i agree chucky. im not just gonna jump the bandwagon but.....back to my original question...how am i doing so far? am i small? skinny? underdeveloped? i want to know where i am at kina. i am happy with my body now but like all men i could use more musle and definition. lately i am not toning as great so i though a shot of test might aid me as it will give me some size and burn a bit of fat.

    good to hear someone reasonable! its like one out of ten right now.

    Just keep researching, identify what your goals are. Read about the proper diet for your goals. And just remember to keep it simple for the first go around. You will experience nice gains, but its kind of like a test drive for your body.

    But you will want to start lifting heavy and eating more now. (Get those tendons ready) and time to tweak the diet.

    6'2 194 doesn't say enough, either post up a pic, or give us a bodyfat %, perhaps some measurements too. And you can throw in some major compound lifts, or any lift for that matter to give an idea of your strength. Bench, Deadlift, Rows, w/e

    i dont think you re small. hard to say if you re underdeveloped over the net. you could post a pic in the members pics thread and we could judge from there

    its best to reach your highest potential before using AAS

    do you have a target size you want to be weight wise? certain bf%? what exactly are your goals?

    personal goal i would say to be 210-220 again but obviously more lean than i was a year ago(soggy). i worked hard to lose that shit and dont want it back. you guys let me know. ur the pros lol

    you look really lean man, you look good. you re not scrawny by any means. IMO you have a pretty good base. i do think you could still prob put on 10-15lbs of lean muscle

    how do your wheels look?

    i dunno what my opinion is on that chucky. i could put on a bit more i guess but i dont know if it would be lbm or not. i know that a cycle of test e would really help if i am ready for it. in my mind i am but reading some of the posts on hear i realize i am far from knowlegable on aas. my legs are average but i have a hard time with them as i busted my left fib/tib 5 years back and have a slab of metal from my ankle to my knee in my left leg still but i do stil work them as hard as tolerable.

    its possible. not sayin i think you SHOULD put that weight on before you do your 1st cycle. if you want to be 210-220 and maintain it after cycle, it would be a lot easier given you were a little heavier. but hey, maybe you can gain 20lbs and keep 15. just gota have that diet set up well and dedicate a lot to it

    thats crazy about your leg man, thats a big piece of metal in there, holy shit!

    alright. thanks again chuck. i will probably cycle in the coming new year. i am under a lot of peer pressure from my buds as they are on shit now but was mature enough to at least research the stuff before i shot it into my body. plus i have a general attitude towards health where as they will do anything to be bigger,cooler,smarter,whatever is easiest. thanks everyone for ant info.
