Good beginners cycle

How does that sounds for nice muscle mass ? till now read excellent reviews about it .

been working out for 2.5 years now just about... 5 times a week .... Im 1'80 height and 88kgs

How old are you? What's your bodyfat %? Is this your first cycle?

im 25 years old ..... havent checked my body fat for a long time so im not sure about it .... and yes this is my first cycle .

just run test e or c m8250-500mg per week for 10-12 wks, also read the stickies, especially the PCT ones
u should educate yourself from reading off this site like i did, you fee more a ease once you understand what does what at what doses

Well you need to know your bodyfat %? You need to know your goals so you can sort your diet in the correct way. This is a lifestyle not a hobby. You also wanna know as much as possible about the effects these compounds have on your body both positive and negative so you could identify what's happening to you.

ok will look into it more .... what body fat % according to my stats should be ideal to start this ? ill be getting it done in 3 days approximately

as for the diet.. i have no clue how that really should be ... ive just been eatting for the past year and half .. fish .. chicken ... rice .. once a week beef .. shakes and egg whites all day .. no carbs after 19:00 ... worked out pretty good till now
