If I were you I would get my diet in check, train and do lots of cardio. Get you bf% down first. I would not run anything just yet. You are borderline to young. I would stick to diet and cardio for now.

tht doesnt sound like water retention, it goes very quickly post cycle esp wit dbol, a matter of days

Water registers as lean mass not sure where you guys are going with this. Also, I wouldnt trust a BMI measurement for anything. BMI puts me around 20%.

With those stats you would look like an offseason competitive bodybuilder, I'm sure your height and weight is accurate, but you are most likely in the 20s for body fat percentage.

Anyway, you do not need help cutting, just diet. If you want to run 250mg of test during it, go ahead, maybe you'll just save off a tiny bit of muscle but it to me it sounds like you do not believe you can accomplish much without drug assistance.

I was under the impression the water weight was being thought of as the reason for the higher bodyfat issue.

i dont really trust bmi either tbh if i got it professionally done it would probably register higher, although the majority of my mass is in muscle, and people always seem to be in doubt when i tell them my weight because i look far from 250lbs but the scales dont lie ha. i will try an post a pic as soon as possible

I got a letter from Kaiser letting me know I was morbidly obese

I showed my doctor and he laughed and said I don't have to worry. I thought "ya think?"

Not sure why we still rely on such an antiquated body comp measure

its based on the "average population" and i suspect in the states a cut off point for insurance companies to rip ppl off
