    T3 Course and don't mind losing muscle for now...

    On a T3 Course, without any other gear, do you think the fat burning will be really effective? How many calories do you recommend per day for best fat burning percentage and what amount of cardio?

    yes, it will burn fat, but it was also burn through muscle, too. Not sure why you'd want that.

    Your caloric intake and cardio schedule would be dependent on several factors...you should probably take a trip to the diet forum.

    It's a good question, the main reason I don't mind losing muscle for now is due to the fact that I'm not competing or anything... I know for a fact that I can gain a lot of size back before the Summer, whilst maintaining a very low BF %.

    I'd rather look really lean in jumpers for now, seeig as it's winter and there's not much to show off.
