    AAS and hair growth?

Ok I know that test, or any androgen causes hair growth in areas you dont want it to grow. I see a few people on hrt so Will, or does a low dose of weekly test have the same effect? I'm already a hairy mofo and really dont want any more especially on my back!

Think beyond yourselves and remember this forum is for educated members to help advise SAFE usage of AAS, not just tell you what you want to hear

It will increase only to a finite amount. This will happen over about a year, and then no more will happen unless the dose upped again.

I used to cycle, but naturaly I have low test, and likely always have, or at least following a bad groin injury.

Before AAS, my facial hair for example never came in full. Always a patchy 15 year old boy looking beard.

For a while I would run a cycle for 12-16 weeks, come down and run a PCT.

But I was only going back to low levels, like 300-400 on a 300-900 scale. Although running arimidex did bring me up to 600, but that dropped my E2 too low. Could not do that long term.

So, I eventually saw the doctor, after having been off for a very long time. Sure enough, still borderline low levels, and I got a script for as high as 200mg EW, if I want to use that much. He is kind of liberal in his doses.

Normally I just run 100mg, while 100mg is enough to put me at about 1200, which is a little bit above most normal ranges anyway. My Docs range goes up to 1700, so he is more than cool with this.

Just to give you and idea of how high my test levels normally are now, I am always in the upper 1/3rd of any lab range.

While running cycles, I never got much change in facial hair, or body hair growth. Likely was just not on it long enough.

After being on for over 2 years now, I can say that my facial hair had not changed in the last year, nor has my body hair. That first year however was a big difference around the 6 month mark. Full beard, no issues if I want to grow it out, other than it is curly, and coarse like barb wire. Itches me, so I shave it, and if I miss one day of shaving, you can easily tell.

The hair on my chest and back comes in rather full. Far more than before, but not like a Gorilla either. Again though, nothing changed to any degree I would notice until 6 months in, and then no further changes after 1 year that I can tell.

I feel very good on 100mg a week by the way. I get regular blood work done, and even had my heart checked out recently, just to make sure no increase in thickness of the left ventricle wall. All was good.

Thanks for the replies bro's. When I ran cycles years ago I noticed a significant amount of hair growth on my forearms and face, but none on my back. Now that I'm much older and thinking of cycling again I really dont want to turn into a gorilla. So I might just stick with low dosages or aas with low androgenic activity.
