Has Letro destroyed any of your cycles ?

I am on week 10 of 650mg of Sustanon / 1000mg of EQ..About 5 weeks ago I nuclearized my estrogen by taking 2.5mg of Letro / day..It has destroyed my cycle !!
My strength is lower than before this cycle and my elbows hurt so bad that I can't curl 30lb DB's...Has this happened to any of you ?

2.5mg daily is too much. I would cut it down 1.25mg EOD. And even less if your able.

I stopped using it 4 weeks ago and i'm still hurting...strength is non existint too...how long does it take for the estrogen to rebound ?

NO ...me being an idiot..my right nipple got sensitive so without even researching the proper letro dose just started pumping away..I'm very sensitive to AI's..My last cycle i was taking 1mg of arimidex every 2 days and it still dried me out...The letro sucked me up..i'm aching everywhere..

thats also alot of arimidex... .25mg eod or .5eod is enough, unless you have to bump it bc gyno symptoms are still coming on..

Why does everyone FREAK OUT when your nipples become sensitive? Try putting vasoline on them for a few days....sweat and rubbing against your shirt can cause sensitivity....you dont have to jump on an AI just because of sensitive nipples. Makes no sense...

how long does DBOL take to Aromatize ? I'm gonna add some dbol for estrogen....
